Yes, it's not as quickly to integrate stimuli and abilities as it is in a child. Nonetheless, if you know how to do it, you can still break lifelong habits and create fresh connections, that contribute to health in your nervous system and everything it manages — from the movements of your body to those of your heart and soul.
